Our items are fan-made creations inspired by the worlds we love, crafted for collectors and players who share the same passion. We aim to celebrate, not replicate, official merch.
Are purchases final sale?
All sales are final. We only replace items that arrive damaged or defective.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and product bought. As a general guideline:
- US - 2-5 business days
- CA - 4-10 business days
- EU - We currently do NOT ship to EU due to regulations, though that might change in the future.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally (US) and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Why did you start this store?
Honestly, I just wanted to make a space that I, as a frequent wuwa player, would actually trust. There’s a lot of random or low-effort merch out there, and I wanted to aggregate reliable, well-made pieces that fans could feel good about owning.
